Certified Exercise Physiologist and Nutrition Coach

My education includes a B.S. in Fitness and Wellness, American College of Sports Medicine certified Exercise Physiologist, and Precision Nutrition certified Coach. With years of experience and expertise in fitness training and nutrition coaching, I am committed to guiding my clients towards sustainable and long-term health and wellness. My tailored approach focuses on the unique needs of women in every stage of life, ensuring that they receive the support and guidance necessary to succeed in their fitness journey.

My Unique Experience

Fresh out of University, I began an internship working with people with physical disabilities. These injuries ranged from amputations, multiple sclerosis, and paralysis to arthritis and joint pain. This experience gave me the knowledge and confidence in prescribing people in any condition with a strength training and mobility regimen. In 2023 I took a leap of faith and moved to New York city and accepted a position at Equinox as a personal trainer. Here I have worked with women of all ages to meet their unique fitness goals. My specialties in my exercise programming include corrective exercise and posture, flexibility and mobility, behavior modification, cardiovascular conditioning, and weight loss. No matter any obstacle, I can guarantee a safe and effective routine.
